Past Projects

We successfully delivered a full-day workshop in November and December 2025 designed to equip our client’s mid-level managers with a strong coaching mindset and practical coaching skills. The program focused on developing leaders as coaches, encouraging them to support, guide, and develop their team members more effectively through structured and meaningful coaching conversations. A key component of the workshop was the application of the GROW framework, which provided participants with a clear and practical structure for conducting purposeful coaching conversations that drive clarity, accountability, and growth.
The workshop thoughtfully blended foundational theory, live demonstrations, and extensive hands-on practice, ensuring a highly engaging and experiential learning environment. Participants were given multiple opportunities to practice coaching in realistic leadership scenarios, receive feedback, and reflect on their own leadership approach. This practical emphasis enabled every participant to not only understand coaching principles conceptually but also confidently apply them in real workplace contexts, strengthening their ability to lead with empathy, curiosity, and impact.

In December 2025, we conducted a three-hour interactive session as part of our client’s team gathering, specifically designed for the risk management department. The session introduced an engaging visual, card-based tool aimed at strengthening self-leadership, personal accountability, and ownership values among participants. Through this experiential approach, participants were encouraged to reflect on their roles, behaviors, and decision-making, fostering a deeper sense of responsibility and proactive leadership in their daily work.
The program blended peer-to-group practices with stimulating, hands-on activities to create a highly interactive and participative learning experience. These activities were intentionally designed to encourage open dialogue, shared reflection, and collaborative learning, allowing participants to explore and apply key values in real-life contexts. By the end of the session, participants gained practical insights into self-leadership, effective interpersonal communication, and collaborative teamwork, enabling them to translate these values into tangible actions within their professional environment.

In late April 2025, we successfully delivered a two-hour online workshop for our food and beverage (F&B) client’s middle managers across the East Java province. The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of essential leadership principles and effective team management within a fast-paced operational environment. Despite the virtual format, the session was designed to be highly engaging and interactive, enabling participants to actively participate, share experiences, and reflect on their leadership roles.
The program combined key leadership concepts with guided discussions, real-case examples, and a dynamic Q&A session to facilitate participants in connecting theories with real workplace challenges. Through this approach, participants gained practical insights into leading teams more effectively, improving communication, and managing performance, equipping them with knowledge and perspectives that could be immediately applied in their daily leadership practices.
