Established in late 2024 with a unified vision, the founders of DiverseCircle merged their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to build a platform where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are not merely concepts but actual practices in society at large.

We connect professionals, non-profits, communities, and businesses by co-designing innovative, practical, and impactful development solutions that yield tangible results for them. Our efforts support individuals and organizations to flourish, evolve, and achieve their highest potential.

Our methodology is grounded in human-centered leadership and co-creative principles. We closely collaborate with our clients to grasp their authentic challenges—whether related to leadership skills, organizational culture, professional aspirations, or talent development—and translate those insights into measurable, actionable initiatives.

Coming from diverse background, Widy and Fandi bring an authentic understanding of the barriers many individuals face in accessing equitable opportunity. Together, they have over a decade of professional experience across industries in Asia Pacific, Western Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa & the Indian Ocean, giving them a unique perspective on how culture, leadership, and systems shape individual, organizational, and societal success.

Our Approach

We thoughtfully implement Theory U, developed by MIT Senior Lecturer Otto Scharmer, as a framework to foster empathetic leadership, effective team collaboration, and a more inclusive organizational culture—transitioning from established behaviors to profound systemic transformations, coupled with the DEI principles.
